William and I ( Jane ) are arable farmers ,based in Nottinghamshire .We decided in 2016 ,after spending many weekends in Derbyshire walking ,that we would like to purchase a cottage, to run as a holiday let, as well as a retreat for our selves .
After many viewings ,we decided that Rowan Tree Cottage was the one for us.

Refurbished in 2017 . New fitted kitchen with built in appliances including dishwasher ,washer/dryer ,built in hob and oven, microwave ,plenty of kitchen equipment . Furnished for comfort with two sofas and a large smart TV .Front and back garden ,both with patio furniture .Ideal as we are Dog Friendly for 2 dogs maximum by request .Also off road parking for two cars.
