A deposit of 20 % is required per stay, balance due 30 days or before stay ,full payment if stay is 30 days or less when booking.

Cancellations ,due to non arrival and early departure are non refundable

1- 30 days before stay ,a £50 admin fee deducted from deposit.

2- Once payment has been made in full 29- 8 days before stay . A admin fee £50 we charge .we will try to re let  cottage and refund the balance minus admin costs and any discount offered.

3-With in 7 days full rental will be retained.

Bed Linen & Towel ,one bath sheet plus hand towel per guest

Electric and oil central heating

Log fires laid on arrival with enough logs for the first evening .Logs in shed can be purchased at £6 per bag as needed.

Toilet, kitchen roll , washing up liquid ,dishwasher tablets , multi  surface cleaner ,tin foil ,cling firm  are all provided .
